I love the beautiful Marble Mantle piece and ceramic surrounds. The gorgeous Persian carpets add warmth and colour to the room.
When I arrive on Saturday 27 May, I will check into my luxurious accommodation Anam Cara, meet the delightful Moira and head straight to Enniscorthy Castle where I have arranged to meet with Mary and William to make final preparations for the High Tea

William has chosen a delicious High Tea Menu that reflects the fresh produce of Wexford and has a team of three to co-ordinate the preparations and service on the day.
On Monday the 29th May we will hold a rehearsal in Enniscorthy Castle for the High Tea. David Hasslacher will preview his guided tour through the Castle as he reminisces with the families of former household staff of their time in the Castle. I will test out the video that Mayor Jo Rettino has made especially for the event and also set up the DVD that Barry has made showcasing the beautiful areas where the Prendergasts have left their mark in Australia.
